The 100 Push Up Challenge Week 22 introduces another crazy push up variation into the mix, Archer Push Ups. This is a weekly push up challenge running throughout 2017, each week getting progressively harder than before.

Rhys here for Week 22 of the 100 Push Up Challenge.

This week we are doing a 1-arm push up progression. This is one of my favourite push ups - I like doing them on rings like a TRX.
