How To Do Plyometric Push Ups

Plyometric push ups are nice and easy, so you can breathe easy this week.

All you do is a regular push up, but you push up so hard you jump slightly off the ground.

You don’t need to clap or anything like that, just push up off the ground and land back safely on the ground, for 20.
