We are doing more explosive variations of push ups this week, introducing the Clap Push Up – One everyone has heard of I am sure.

The Workout
Set 1 – 20 Clap Push Ups
Set 2 – 20 Plyometric Push Ups
Set 3 – 20 Archer Push Ups
Set 4 – 20 Hindu Push Ups
Set 5 – 20 Pseudo Planche Push Ups
How To Do Clap Push Ups
Clap Push Ups are similar to the Plyo Push Ups we covered last week.
Start with a normal Push Up, but when you come up from the floor, Push Hard.
You want to explode off the ground so you get high enough to clap in mid air and land comfortably on both hands – Not Your Face!
20 Clap Push Ups is not an easy set, so warm up well and prepare to give it your all!
