The 100 Push Up Challenge Week 9
The Workout
Set 1 – 20 x Lateral Plank Push Ups
Set 2 – 20 x Plyometric Push Ups
Set 3 – 20 x Knee-To-Chest Push Ups
Set 4 – 20 x Deep Push Ups
Set 5 – 20 x Fist Push Ups
Lateral Plank Push Ups
Lateral plank push ups are a fun variation because it introduces a little bit of coordination and stability into the game.
To do them you start in the push up position as normal and do 1 rep.
When you come back up, take a step to one side.
You do this by moving your outside hand and inside leg first, then following the the others.
Then you push out another rep and take a lateral step back to the starting point.
That’s 2 reps! just 18 more . . .
