This Podcast is all about Bodyweight training, gymnastics, calisthenics and utilizing these forms of training to develop functional strength and mobility so that we aren’t just in the best shape of our lives but so we are setting ourselves up to stay mobile and strong throughout our lives.

 

Chris likes doing weights and stuff.

 

But I’m getting him involved a bit.

 

I love the play element of training and I believe it should be fun and creative, not the same monotonous workouts, week in week out.

 

We are both Personal Traininers from the UK where we help people to develop a solid foundation to stay healthy, not bulking and cutting in and out of diets and complicated calorific needs and all that shit.

 

We keep it nice and simple and we share with you what we are doing in our training.

 

In this teaser episode we will share with you what we intend for this podcast and how you can get involved with everything we are talking about.
