If you are trying to learn a front lever, you’ll quickly realise it takes a loot of strength. when you are learning a skill like that, one weak point will stop it from happening, even if everything else is working right.
So what we do is look at the skill slightly differently.
By breaking down a complex skill into smaller parts we can work on them in isolation, instead of wearing yourself out right at the start and not being able to do any more.
