Set 1 – 20 X Push Ups
Set 2 – 20 Clap Push Ups
Set 3 – 20 Plyo Push Ups
Set 4 – 20 Archer Push Ups
Set 5 – 20 Hindu Push Ups
How To Do X Push Ups
X Push Ups are nice and simple to set up, but can be quite difficult because of your hand placement.
Start in a normal push up position, then spread your legs slightly and move each hand out diagonally to form an X shape with your body.
Now you just smash out the reps as normal.
