We have a bit of everything in this week’s challenge which is really fun. We’ve got Plyo, Complex Simple Technical Variations of push ups! (that’s pretty awesome)

Anyway let’s have a look at the Grasshopper push up

How To Do Grasshopper Push Ups

So I’m just going to call it a hopper push up because grasshopper push up is just a little too long for me haha.

The hopper is a complex variation similar to Spiderman Push Ups – Remember them?

So set up as normal for a push up

As you lower yourself to the ground, bring one knee up and cross it under your body.

When you reach the bottom, your leg should be sticking out the opposite side, pause to own it.

Then push back up, bringing your leg back to its starting point in a regular push up.
