The Workout

Set 2 – 20 Grasshopper Push Ups
Set 3 – 20 X Push Ups
Set 4 – 20 Clap Push Ups
Set 5 – 20 Plyo Push Ups

How To Do Cross Hands Push Ups

Cross hands push ups are pretty much what they sound like.

Set up as normal, then walk your hands into the middle, and past each other.

Your left hand ends up on the right and vice versa.

Now, you just squeeze your reps out as normal.

Ok, so this isn’t as easy as it sounds. Your elbows will come down to the floor each side, similar to Sphynx push ups or tricep push ups.

Come down to your elbows and then push back up to the start.

This is a biased push up variation, because one arm is in front of the other, so that means we will do 10 each side, rather than 20 one way.
