How To Do Wide Pseudo Planche Push Ups

If you remember Pseudo Planche Push Ups from Week . . then you’re already half way there!

With Pseudo Planche Push Ups, you position your hands the other way around, with your fingers pointing to your toes.

Your hands will be just higher than your hips rather than under your shoulders.

With the Wide Grip Pseudo, all you do is spread your hands out slightly to adopt a wider hand position.

Now squeeze out those reps!
