Set 1 - 20 Thigh Tap Push Ups
Set 2 - 20 Wide Pseudo Planche Push Ups
Set 3 - 20 Cross Hands Push Ups
Set 4 - 20 Grasshopper Push Ups
Set 5 - 20 X Push Ups
How To Do Push Ups
Thigh Tap push ups are another Plyometric Variation, one that trains reactive speed and explosive power.
These are a step above the standard plyo push up and clap push up.
Set up as normal but as you explode off the floor you need to get really high, so you have time to tap your thighs (surprise) and land back safely on the floor for the next rep!
