How To Do Feet To Wall Push Ups Push Ups

Feet To Wall Push Ups are a little harder than they sound – You don’t just have your feet agains the wall, you have them raised.

So you set up as normal, with your feet against a wall.

Then take a step up the wall so your feet are raised.
