How To Do Lalanne Push Ups

Lalane Push Ups are a pretty infamous push up variation.

You do them with Straight Arms, and they are pretty awkward at first.

You start laying down on the floor with your arms stretch out in front of you.

Start off by pushing into the ground with your toes and hands to press your torso off the ground (you won’t go very high so don’t worry).

Now you lower yourself to the ground and press back up for reps.
