Set 1 – 20 Wall Support Handstand Push Ups
Set 2 – 20 Lalane Push Ups
Set 3 – 20 180 Push Ups
Set 4 – 20 Stability Board Push Ups
Set 5 – 20 Pike Wall Support Push Ups
How To Do Wall Supported Handstand Push Ups
Wall Supported Handstand Push Ups are an obvious progression for full freestanding HSPU.
Start off by finding a nice wall, then kick up into a handstand against it.
Now you lower your head down to the ground for reps, pushing up high to straight arm each time.
