This week we are brining in Ring push ups!

The Workout

Set 1 – 20 Ring Push Ups
Set 2 – 20 Tornado Push Ups
Set 3 – 20 Wall Handstand Push Ups
Set 4 – 20 Lalanne Push Ups
Set 5 – 20 180 Push Ups

How To Do Ring Push Ups

Ring Push Ups can also be done on a TRX or other suspended grip.

You place your hands into the rings and then set up for a push up as normal.

start with a nice straight back, shoulders protracted, solid arms.

Then you just run your reps as normal, focus on keeping those elbows tight and getting nice and low.
