The 100 Push Up Challenge Week 40

The Workout

Set 1 – 20 Ring Archer Push Ups
Set 2 – 20 Ring Push Ups
Set 3 – 20 Tornado Push Ups
Set 4 – 20 Wall Handstand Push Ups
Set 5 – 20 Lalanne Push Ups

How To Do Push Ups

Ring Archer Push Ups are exactly what they sound like, Archer Push Ups on the rings.

Set up for regular ring push ups, but this time we are going to keep one arm straight.

Start with your weaker arm – my left – so we keep the right arm straight and lower straight down onto your left arm.

Your right arm slides out straight to the side kinda like a ‘fly’.

Do your 10, then switch sides, to keep your left arm straight fro 10 more.
