Set 1 - 20 Crucifix Push Ups
Set 2 - 20 Ring Support Push Ups
Set 3 - 20 Ring Pseudo Planche Push Ups
Set 4 - 20 Ring Archer Push Ups

How To Do Crucifix Push Ups
Crucifix Push Ups are similar to the Lalanne Push Ups we did in Week 36.
This time though we do them Wide.
Start by laying on the floor on your front, and spread your arms wide like a cross.
Now you press your body off the ground like a lalanne push up, with your arms bending as little as possible.
This is really the difference between lalanne's and crucifix's - Lalanne's are straight arms, whereas the crucifix is about going as wide as possible without straight arms.
