How To Do Tuck Planche Push Ups
Tuck Planche push ups are quite difficult so I hope you have prepared yourself for this week’s challenge.
Start off by getting into a tuck planche, either on the floor, parallettes or dipping bars.
Now you are going to maintain the tuck planche position whilst knocking out those reps.
The hardest part will be keeping your bum up, and trust me it is hard!
I recommend doing these on dipping bars or parallettes too, so your knees don’t touch the floor and limit your range of motion.
