The Workout
Set 1 – 20 Stick Push Ups
Set 2 – 20 Tuck Planche Push Ups
Set 3 – 20 Crucifix Push Ups
Set 4 – 20 Ring Support Push Ups
Set 5 – 20 Ring Pseudo Planche Push Ups
How To Do Stick Push Ups
Stick Push Ups are a fun challenge.
Grab a broom handle or something else sturdy and hold it at one end and about halfway up.
Put the end on the floor so your hand is just off the ground and then get into a push up position.
Keeping the halfway hand up off the ground, squeeze out your reps to 10, then switch hands over and finish to 20.
