The 100 Push Up Challenge Week 46

The Workout

Set 1 – 20 Pelican Push Ups
Set 2 – 20 Stick Push Ups
Set 3 – 20 Tuck Planche Push Ups
Set 4 – 20 Crucifix Push Ups
Set 5 – 20 Ring Support Push Ups

How To Do Pelican Push Ups

Pelican Push Ups are really tough and will test your strength at the limits of your Range of Motion.

You need to go below the rings with this variation so support your feet off the ground and pull your rings up slightly.

In your rings, you go down as normal, but when you get to the bottom, you carry on going.

Go all the way through until your shoulders are well below your hands (kinda like a back lever).

Then pause and pull/push back up through the rings to return to the starting position.
