The 100 Push Up Challenge Week 47

The Workout

Set 1 – 20 Aztec Push Ups
Set 2 – 20 Pelican Push Ups
Set 3 – 20 Stick Push Ups
Set 4 – 20 Tuck Planche Push Ups
Set 5 – 20 Crucifix Push Ups

How To Do Aztec Push Ups

Aztec push ups are an intense plyometric variation.

Similar to Thigh Tap push ups from week 29, we are going to push up from the bottom of our push up and aim for our legs.

The difference with Aztec push ups is that you do it piked and tap your feet.

Starting in a regular push up, you explode up off the ground and you essentially fold in half, then land back in a push up.
