How To Do Full Body Plyometric Push Ups
Plyometric push ups are explosive.
So far we have done quite a few plyometric push up variations, but this week we are really pushing the limits of what is possible.
For full body plyo’s you set up like a regular old push up.
As you lower yourself to the ground, think about spring-loading your whole body.
At the bottom of the rep, explode up off the floor completely, so you jump high up into the air.
As you come down to land, place your hands on to the floor first and try not to slam them hard into the ground.
Once you land back in the push up position, start lowering yourself back to the ground, spring-loading for rep 2!
