How To Do One Arm Push Ups

Now this one is a Classic!

One Arm Push Ups are an iconic strength exercise and really demonstrate your control as well.

Not a lot of people can hit the one arm’s so this week will really separate the wheat from the chaff.

Start in a push up position, spread your legs a little wider to help keep you stable, centre one hand on the floor and pop the other behind our back – no cheating 😉

Before you even try to come down, think about connecting your hand on the floor with the shoulder at the top of your arm.

As you come down bring your shoulder down to your hand and then push up HARD(!) to finish with a nice straight arm.
