Chris likes doing weights and stuff.
But I’m getting him involved a bit.
I love the play element of training and i believe it should be fun and creative, not the same monotonous workouts, week in week out.
We are both Personal Trainers from the UK where we help people to develop a solid foundation to stay healthy, not bulking and cutting in and out of diets and complicated calorific needs and all that shit.
We keep it nice and simple and we share with you what we are doing in our training.
