The 100 Push Up Challenge Week 17
The Workout
Set 1 – 20 x Clap Push Ups
Set 2 – 20 x Bear Crawl Push Ups
Set 3 – 20 x Raised Push Ups
Set 4 – 20 x Stability Ball Push Ups
Set 5 – 20 x Grasshopper Push Ups
Clap Push Ups
Clap push ups are a well known and notorious push up variation.
Start with a normal push up, but when you come up from the floor, PUSH HARD!
You need to explode off the floor so you can get high enough to clap your hands before landing comfortably on both hands ready for the next rep.
