Set 1 – 20 Ring Pseudo PlanchePush Ups
Set 2 – 20 Ring Archer Push Ups
Set 3 – 20 Ring Push Ups
Set 4 – 20 Tornado Push Ups
Set 5 – 20 Wall Handstand Push Ups
How To Do Ring Pseudo Planche Push Ups
Pseudo Planche Push Ups are where you have your hands turned down by your hips.
For the ring variation we just do it on the rings instead of the floor!
Set up for your ring push ups, then turn your hands round so your palm faces forwards, then walk a step or two forwards to get your upper body in front of your hands.
