Set 1 - 20 Ring Support Push Ups
Set 2 - 20 Ring Pseudo Planche Push Ups
Set 3 - 20 Ring Archer Push Ups
Set 4 - 20 Ring Push Ups
Set 5 - 20 Tornado Push Ups
How To Do Ring Support Push Ups
Ring Support push ups are quite different to the other ring variations we have been doing in the previous few weeks.
With Ring Support you are using the rings but off the straps.
Instead we are going to use the rings like parallettes!
Get on the floor in the ush up position but using the rings as stilts.
Squeeze out reps as normal, but probably a little slower 😉
And try not to fall on your face haha.
